It’ in this little flowered village of Hohwiller, near to Soultz-sous-Forêts, that we find the restaurant Au Bœuf. The restaurant is exploited by the family since 1850, and in 2009, Emmy and Ernest Rott gave the business to their son Cédric and his wife, native from Auvergne, Allison.
