Nose: Discreet, fresh, citrus aromas. In the mouth, fresh and lively lightly lemony. 

Drink with:
Sauerkraut and other dishes such as baeckehoffe ( an Alsatian dish of marinated meat), fish and sea food will go marvellously with Riesling.
