Tasting:
Robe: clear with green hues. Nose: initially discreet and mineral, then it opens when shaken, with fruity citrus notes. In the mouth, the attack is full of liveliness and freshness. Plenty of body in a fine balance, a surprising length ending on an acidulous note.
Drink with:
Pheasant with sauerkraut would suit it perfectly.
Storage:
Can be drunk as of now, but 3 to 4 years'laying down would give it some gravity.
