Matured in oak barrels

Tasting:
Colour: a pronounced golden yellow. Nose: powerful, heady with resinous, woody and grilled notes. A frank attack, an ample and full Pinot Gris. Very concentrated with an end note suggestive of grilled almonds and pleasantly woody.

Drink with:
Pinot Gris served with hard cheeses and also and especially "raclette"

Drink immediately
