Tasting:
A fine robe, yellow and brilliant. Nose: very aromatic with rose notes. In the mouth, power and finesse rival each other. A fine persistence with a refreshing end note.

Drink with:
Serve just at the aperitif or with characterful cheeses such as Munster. But also with certain desserts.

Storage:
Can be drunk as of now or kept for 3-4 years
